10 Ways to Say Yes to Me

This week, I am developing a Say Yes to Me Self-Care Strategy.  My goal is to come up with at least 50 ways to incorporate self-care into my life.

1.   Catch up on my sleep and make getting enough sleep a priority

2.   Take an epsom salt bath with lavender essential oil

3.   Drink more water, I feel parched.

4.   Engage my Inner Chef to help me whip up some fun food options for home and work.

5.   Spruce up some of the important relaxation stations in the house:  kitchen, bedroom, and dining room.

6.   Start a new gratitude journal.

7.   Get my hands dirty; plan an herb garden.

8.   Indulge in Red Zinger Hibiscus Tea (cold and sweetened with stevia)

9.   Organize the fridge so it is easy to use and accessable

10.   Breathe
